Our very own talented Jonathan Paguia joined the Ever
Bilena’s Gandang Pinay Bride Bridal Make up Contest at the Kasalang Filipino
2012 in Ayala Abreeza Mall Activity Center, Davao City last July 13, 2012. This
event was the first competition he joined and he really made so much
preparation to win this event. The mechanics was open to all professional and
amateur hair and make-up artists. Jong brought with him Ms. Daren Tormis, a female
model to work with. It was obvious in the mechanics; she has to be a
FEMALE gender model.
Daren is obviously a pretty model, and the make-up presentation
of Jong made her beauty show up and exceeds the rest of the other models in the
competition plus she’s wearing a very beautiful bridal gown courtesy of David n
Rachel Bridal Gowns.
Jong was no. 9 in the contest our of more than 20+
contestants, he and the rest of the Make-up artist contestants where provided
with a set of cosmetic products for each participant to work with. No false
lashes, no other brand cosmetics.

Jong work his magic
to Daren for an hour to do the make up since her hair style are already done
earlier before the contest.
Finally, the time has come to announced the winners, and
Jong got the consolation prize with
P5,000 worth of Ever Bilena products with 1 year Gold Priority Listing
Advertising in Kasal.com worth P5,000 and Trophy.
But the most frustrating part when the 1st prize
was won by another contestant with a “gender exchange GAY”model.
